SHIPPING QUESTIONS:

Q: When will my order be processed?
A:
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours or less. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.


Q: Can I receive a notice when the order is shipped?
A:
An email notice will be sent to you when your order has shipped. Your UPS Ground Tracking Number will be sent to you to track your shipment.

Q: What is length of delivery time?
A:
Orders are typically in transit for 2-5 days after the product has been processed. East coast customers will receive the item via ground shipping services.

Q: Can the order be left with a neighbor or shipped to a different address other than my billing?
A:
All orders with special delivery instructions must be declared at the time the order is placed. Orders shipped to other addresses other than the billing address of our customers must be cleared prior to order processing. We reserve the right to ship only to billing address of the credit card holder.

7. What if I am not home?

Please make arrangements or declare when is the best time to deliver the item. Ground shipments will have flexibility for delivery options.


Q: I have not received my order, what should I do now?
A:
Please contact us if you have not received your order past 10 days from shipping. We will track the order and notify you of any re-shipments or refunds.

PAYMENT QUESTIONS: 

Q. When is payment due?
A:
 All work must be paid in full upon ordering. We accept MasterCard, Visa, checks and money orders. We will not begin working on your order until full payment has been received. We offer the convenience  of secure online ordering or, if you wish, you may fax your credit card information or send payment through the mail. Please remeber, for orders with mailing services - you must submit payment for postage with a check or money order in advance. Sorry, credit cards are not accepted for postage.

Q. What is included in your printing price?
A: 
The specified number of rackcards or postcards printed in full color front and back on a super-thick, premium 16pt. stock with a water-resistant UV coating on both sides. Design, color proofs, shipping and direct mailing are not included and will incur additional charges.

PRODUCTION QUESTIONS:

Q. What are Pantone colors?
A:
 
Pantone colors (or Pantone Matching System, known as "PMS") refer to the universal standard spot color system which is a set of premixed ink that is used in printing. Spot color is also used to match specific colors very closely.

Q. What is CMYK color?
A:
 
Process color is the method used to create thousands of colors using four or more standard inks.The colors used in four color process are: C=Cyan, M=Magenta, Y=Yellow and K=black.

Q. What does 4/0, 4/1 and 4/4 mean?
A:
These terms, pronounced "four over zero," "four over one" and "four over four" refer to the full color printing process using the standard four color process inks: cyan, magenta, yellow and black (also referred to as CMYK).  4/0 printing is full color ink on the front and no ink on the back. 4/1 printing is full color ink on the front and black ink on the back. 4/4 printing is full color ink on the front and back.

Q. What is a PDF file?
A:
Documents in Adobe's Portable Document Format (PDF) preserve the exact look and content of the originals, complete with fonts and graphics and can be printed, distributed by email and shared and stored on network systems, including the internet, for others to use and view.

Q. How well will my job match what I see on my monitor?
A:
Most people are surprised at how well their job matches what they see. But because of wide differences in monitor calibration, some printed colors may not match exactly what is seen on the proof and what is printed.

Q. How long does it take to get a proof of my job?
A:
 Turnaround time starts only after all the necessary materials to complete your order have been received. Standard turnaround time for graphic design varies per project. Revisions are usually made within 24 to 48 hours. Print jobs usually arrive ten (10) business days from signed proof. We make every effort to print your order as quickly as possible. 

Q. What is the minimum quantity I can order?
A:
 The minimum is 5000 and the quantity availability increases in increments of 5,000.

Q. How long will it take to receive my finished order?
A:
 Print jobs usually take ten (10) business days from the date of the signed proof. We make every effort to print your order as quickly as possible. Production times are estimates and do not secure or guarantee a deadline unless otherwise specified.

Q. Will I always receive the exact amount ordered?
A:
 Basically, yes, although "gang run" printing does have over-runs and under-runs. However, these excesses or shortages never exceed the 5%.

Q. What if I wanted to change something on my order after I have approved the proof?
A:
 Please review your order prior to submitting. We are not able to accept changes to orders once submitted. Once your proof is approved, it is in the process of being scheduled for the press. Customers are fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process.

Q. How do I view my proof?
A:
 We make every effort to send the proof via email in a PDF format. If the file is too large or you are unable to open it, we can also fax or mail the proof to you.

Q. What file formats should I send?
A:
 We are Mac based and use QuarkXpress 6, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop. We prefer make (We do not accept Publisher, InDesign, CorelDraw, PrintShop, Word, and Excel.) All images should be 300-600dpi; line art should be 600dpi; grayscale and color art and photos should be 300dpi. We accept tif, eps, PDF (hi-res). We will accept but cannot guarantee the print quality of any internet images (jpeg, gif, png, bmp, etc.) since they are saved at a low resolution. Colorspace should be CMYK, not RGB. Conversion from RGB to CMYK may result in color shifting.

All fonts used to create any artwork must be submitted. All fonts must be embedded in any supplied PDF files. We will substitute similar fonts if original fonts are not submitted.

MAILING SERVICES QUESTIONS:

Q: What will the indicia read on my postcards/rackcards?
A:
The mailing indicia in the upper righthand corner will read Glendale, California.

Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A:
All orders will be AUTHORIZED first prior to charging. Upon approval, we will add any additional shipping charges when they apply. Once the total order is ready to be shipped, your credit card will then be charged.

Q: What will be the reference number on my credit card statement?
A:
Your credit card statement will read Lynch Printing, LLC - this is the parent company of RackcardKings.com.

Q. How are orders shipped?
A:
 All packages are shipped UPS Ground. If you would like your shipment faster, please call ahead for an estimate. Orders must be shipped at whole quantities and may not be split up. Please note that we do not ship tp P.O. Boxes.
